Which payment methods are accepted?

The following payment methods are accepted at the AVANTGARDE SPIRITS COMPANY: PayPal, Giropay, basic SEPA cedit transfer.

Payment by Giropay

Giropay is a simple, fast and secure online payment method based upon online banking. You enjoy a high level of protection of your personal details. In order to use giropay you need online banking access to your bank account. When paying with giropay, you are directed via a secure connection to your online bank account at your financial institution. There you log in with a PIN and confirm the payment with a TAN.

Payment by PayPal

PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account. In order to use this payment method you need to be signed up for PayPal.

Basic SEPA Credit Transfer

Once you have completed your order, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. Please transfer the total amount due to our account. The ordered goods will be dispatched as soon as we have received your payment.

II. Shipping

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs within Germany: 7,00€.
Shipping costs within Germany: Free Shipping for orders above 100€.

Delivery within the EU depends on the weight:
Up to 8,8 lb = 13,00 €
Up to 33,00 lb = 20,00 €
Up to 69,5 lb = 35,00 €

The order will be delivered via DHL.

Delivery/Express

Your order should be delivered within 3 to 5 days after receiving the payment amount.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Return Policies

The goods can be returned in a sealed and intact condition up to 14 days after receiving.
We will refund the complete purchase price minus the original shipping costs you paid.

FAQ

Durability of the drinks

No matter if open or unopened, our BOHEMIAN DRINKS do not have a certain expiry date. After a while, there might be slight discolourations or sediments. These are common side effects of bottle-aging just like a good red wine.

How do I have to store the drinks?

Please store the drinks in a cool and dry place.

Where do the recipes of the BOHEMIAN DRINKS originate from?

The Avantgarde Spirits Company uses for each drink the original recipe. Some of them are more than 200 years old.

How do you check the quality of the drinks?

Since we manufacture the drinks in our own factory, every step is handmade and requires an effective quality management.
Permanent quality controls guarantee constant quality standards.

What are allergenics?

The new Food Information to Consumers (FIC) legislation includes new requirements for the way in which allergen information must be displayed. This legislation applies from the 13th December 2014.
Due to the mixing ratio, some of the Bohemian Drinks contain sulphites in a very small proportion.

What is the meaning of “with dyes”?

We are bound by law to inform you about all dyes and additives used. Due to the mixing ratio, some of the Bohemian Drinks contain dyes in a very small proportion

How do I use a zest?

You may either use a fresh zest of an untreated orange or lemon. By pressing the zest or twisting it you release the essential oils. This will finish the flavor and taste of the Bohemian Drinks.
Or you can use the enclosed zests and the aromatic oil. Add the zest to the drink and just a sprinkle of the aromatic oil to achieve the perfect flavor and taste.
